Leonard" was the architect and builder of several "Queen Ann" and Arts and Crafts style mansions in Alameda, Berkeley SanFrancisco ... he was quite a dashing young man. From 1876-1897 he had a thriving business building houses in the Bay Area Sadly the Garratt Mansion was sold in 2005 and is no longer a bed and breakfast. |
